DOMINANDO LOS OBJECT PRONOUNS. TEST DE 20 PREGUNTAS

 

Hi everyone! Hola a todos. My name is Mr. Pea y juntos vamos a aprender a hablar en inglés.

Hoy os traigo un test de 20 preguntas para que podáis practicar y dominar los "Object Pronouns" en inglés. ¿Estáis preparadas y preparados? Here we go!

Recuerda que los object pronouns son palabras que utilizamos para sustituir al sustantivo que recibe la acción del verbo. 

Los object pronouns en inglés son:

• me → me / a mí
• you → te / a ti / os / a vosotros / a vosotras
• him → le /lo / a él
• her → le / la / a ella
• it → lo / la (para cosas y animales)
• us → nos
• them → las / los / les / a ellas / a ellos

Veamos un par de ejemplos para que lo tengas claro:

• She called me yesterday. → Ella me llamó ayer.

  • En esta frase, me es un pronombre objeto porque recibe la acción del verbo "called" (llamó). No decimos "She called I", ya que no actúa como sujeto.

• I told them the truth. → Les dije la verdad.

  • Aquí, them es un pronombre objeto porque es la persona que recibe la acción del verbo "told" (dije). No usamos they ya que no actúa como sujeto.

Test: Completa con el Object Pronoun correcto

Rellena los espacios en blanco con el object pronoun adecuado.

   SOLUCIÓN: These flowers are beautiful. Let’s give them to your mother.

4. We are going to the park. Would you like to join ____?
   SOLUCIÓN: We are going to the park. Would you like to join us?

5. This is my cat. I take care of ____ every day.
   SOLUCIÓN: This is my cat. I take care of it every day.

6. Mary and Jane are coming to the party. Have you invited ____?
   SOLUCIÓN: Mary and Jane are coming to the party. Have you invited them?

7. I have a question for you. Can I ask ____ now?
   SOLUCIÓN: I have a question for you. Can I ask you now?

8. My parents are amazing. I love spending weekends with ____.
   SOLUCIÓN: My parents are amazing. I love spending weekends with them.

9. This book is interesting. You should read ____.
   SOLUCIÓN: This book is interesting. You should read it.

10. Look at that dog! Can you see ____?
    SOLUCIÓN: Look at that dog! Can you see it?

11. John is very nice. Everyone likes ____.
    SOLUCIÓN: John is very nice. Everyone likes him.

12. These are my friends. Do you want to meet ____?
    SOLUCIÓN: These are my friends. Do you want to meet them?

13. The teacher is speaking to the students. She is helping ____.
    SOLUCIÓN: The teacher is speaking to the students. She is helping them.

14. We are very busy. Please, don’t disturb ____.
    SOLUCIÓN: We are very busy. Please, don’t disturb us.

15. I’m talking to Mike and Ann. I told ____ about the trip.
    SOLUCIÓN: I’m talking to Mike and Ann. I told them about the trip.

16. My sister is learning to drive. I will help ____ tomorrow.
    SOLUCIÓN: My sister is learning to drive. I will help her tomorrow.

18. I saw Mike yesterday. I met ___ at the store.
    SOLUCIÓN: I saw Mike yesterday. I met him at the store.

19. She is my best friend. I always support ____ no matter what.
    SOLUCIÓN: She is my best friend. I always support her no matter what.

20. We respect Mr. Johnson a lot. We listen to ____ carefully.
    SOLUCIÓN: We respect Mr. Johnson a lot. We listen to him carefully.

21. Mark and I are good teammates. Our coach trusts ____ completely.
    SOLUCIÓN: Mark and I are good teammates. Our coach trusts us completely.
