Vocabulario del parque en inglés (At the Park) - Inglés con Mr. Pea

Hi everyone! Hola a todos. My name is Mr. Pea y juntos vamos a aprender a hablar en inglés. Hoy vamos a aprender vocabulario que podemos encontrar en un parque en inglés. ¿Estáis preparadas y preparados? Here we go!

 Vamos a dividir el vocabulario en Reino Vegetal, Reino Animal, Lugares y Actividades. En cada apartado verás ejemplos sencillos con su traducción.

🌳 Reino Vegetal – Plants

• Árbol – Tree
  There is a big tree next to the bench.
  (Hay un árbol grande al lado del banco.)

• Césped / hierba – Grass
  The children are playing on the grass.
  (Los niños están jugando en el césped.)

• Flor – Flower
  She picked a flower from the garden.
  (Cogió una flor del jardín.)

• Arbusto – Bush
  There’s a small bird hiding in the bush.
  (Hay un pajarito escondido en el arbusto.)

🐿️ Reino Animal – Animals

• Pájaro – Bird
  There are many birds singing in the trees.
  (Hay muchos pájaros cantando en los árboles.)

• Ardilla – Squirrel
  The squirrel is climbing the tree very fast.
  (La ardilla está trepando por el árbol muy rápido.)

• Pato – Duck
  Children love feeding the ducks in the pond.
  (A los niños les encanta dar de comer a los patos en el estanque.)

• Perro – Dog
  People often walk their dogs in the park.
  (La gente suele pasear a sus perros en el parque.)

• Mosca – Fly
  I do not like when flies bother me.
  (No me gusta cuando las moscas me molestan.)

• Mariposa – Butterfly
  A beautiful butterfly is flying near the flowers.
  (Una mariposa preciosa está volando cerca de las flores.)

• Hormiga – Ant
  Look! There’s an ant carrying a leaf.
  (¡Mira! Hay una hormiga llevando una hoja.)

• Abeja – Bee
  Bees like flowers and make honey.
  (A las abejas les gustan las flores y hacen miel.)

🏛️ Lugares – Places

• Estanque – Pond
  You can see ducks swimming in the pond.
  (Puedes ver patos nadando en el estanque.)

• Banco – Bench
  They are sitting on a bench near the fountain.
  (Están sentados en un banco cerca de la fuente.)

• Fuente – Fountain
  There is a big fountain in the middle of the park.
  (Hay una fuente grande en el centro del parque.)

• Kiosko – Kiosk
  We bought some drinks at the kiosk.
  (Compramos unas bebidas en el kiosko.)

• Caseta de música – Bandstand
  A band is playing in the bandstand.
  (Una banda está tocando en la caseta de música.)

• Sendero – Path
  Let’s walk along the path through the park.
  (Vamos a caminar por el sendero del parque.)

• Zona de juegos – Playground

        My son loves playing in the playground.

        (A mi hijo le encanta jugar en la zona de juegos.)

En la zona de juegos podemos encontrar varios elementos de los que son interesantes aprender su vocabulario:

• Tobogán – Slide
  My little brother loves the slide.
  (A mi hermanito le encanta el tobogán.)

• Columpio – Swing
  She is sitting on the swing and laughing.
  (Está sentada en el columpio y se ríe.)

• Balancín – Seesaw
  The two kids are playing on the seesaw.
  (Los dos niños están jugando en el balancín.)

• Estructura para trepar – Climbing frame / Jungle gym
  He’s climbing the jungle gym very fast!
  (¡Está trepando muy rápido la estructura!)

• Arenero – Sandbox
  The toddlers are playing in the sandbox.
  (Los peques están jugando en el arenero.)

🚶‍♂️ Actividades que puedes hacer en el parque – Activities

• Caminar / pasear – Walk
  I like to walk around the park in the evening.
  (Me gusta pasear por el parque por la tarde.)

• Correr – Run
  They run in the park every weekend.
  (Corren por el parque todos los fines de semana.)

• Montar en bicicleta – Ride a bike
  She rides her bike near the lake.
  (Ella monta en bici cerca del lago.)

• Hacer un picnic – Have a picnic
  We’re having a picnic under the tree.
  (Estamos haciendo un picnic bajo el árbol.)

• Jugar a la pelota – Play ball
  Let’s play ball on the grass.
  (Vamos a jugar a la pelota en el césped.)

• Dar de comer a los patos – Feed the ducks
  The children love feeding the ducks.
  (A los niños les encanta dar de comer a los patos.)

• Columpiarse – Swing
  He is swinging very high!
  (¡Se está columpiando muy alto!)

• Tirarse por el tobogán – Go down the slide
  My little sister goes down the slide again and again.
  (Mi hermanita se tira por el tobogán una y otra vez.)

• Trepar / escalar – Climb
  They are climbing the jungle gym.
  (Están trepando la estructura.)

• Tumbarse en el césped – Lie down on the grass
  I like to lie down on the grass and look at the sky.
  (Me gusta tumbarme en el césped y mirar el cielo.)

• Sacar fotos – Take photos
  He is taking photos of the flowers.
  (Está sacando fotos de las flores.)

• Leer un libro – Read a book
  I sometimes read a book in the park.
  (A veces leo un libro en el parque.)
